Best way to take from Sheraton - take RT 93 North through downtown Boston until RT 1, this way you only will have to deal with traffic on RT 93 for about 5-7 miles. Once you will get off 93 you will be driving on RT 1 opposite to traffic. You can take a Callahan tunnel or bridge to RT 1. Do not take drive around by 93/128 - this would be a killer!
