M3WDD - I have booked my flights - business has me in Ohio the week before the event - I may be able to offer transport to and around Boston (though I suppose any UK team members get priority)

Only hurdle now is persuading the Dept. of Homeland Security to let me in the country!

Hi Vadim Question - I am trying to plan my trip. Will there be any practice events before the 5th of June say on the 3rd or 4th. Just trying to figure what day to arrive. Also will the 2M event be Amplitude Modulation? Do you need 2M transmitters or have you already arranged to get them? Bob, WA6EZV

I am planning to setup a training on June 5th only. Transmitters will be AM modulated on both bands.

    73!

There are plenty of hotels close to competition area :

and they also located about 10-15 minutes from downtown Boston. We do not have an official hotel. Try to find least expensive one. Everyone has different memberships and may have different discounts. But all hotels listed on map very close to competition area.

Will there ever be a point that a list of registered compeditors will be listed? I’m just wondering because I would like to know if anybody in my area (within say 100 miles) is planning on competing so that I could possibly train with them. I have never done any foxhunts, but I have done some orienteering. I would just like to get the feel for it before I decide to signup for Boston.
